June 10 – 13, 2025, Chisinau, Moldova
Ms. Irena Prpic Djuric, a former BILC Chair and subject matter expert, joined the NATO DEEP team for Moldova to conduct the annual program review from June 10 – 13, 2025. The delegation visited the Ministry of Defense and the Military Academy of the Republic of Moldova, and met with Allied Defense Attaches at the NATO Liaison Office in Chisinau. They discussed past progress, challenges, and future areas of cooperation for 2025 and 2026 in the field of military education and training.
As a representative of BILC, Ms. Prpic Djuric informed Moldovan officials about BILC’s 2024 scoping visit, which focused on language training and testing programs within the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Defense. She also highlighted proposed actions to support the Moldovan security and defense sectors in achieving their language training and testing objectives.
